LimitState:RING 3.2a released

LimitState are pleased to announce the release of version 3.2a of their popular masonry arch analysis software LimitState:RING.

Among the enhancements included in the new version are an'Auto-select solver' feature, which allows the software to select the most appropriate solver engine for different classes of problem. In addition, the backing model has been upgraded so that users can now set the limiting horizontal force that a backing element can resist - allowing areas of differing limiting backing strengths to be specified.
