Essential Academic License User Update

Following an essential system update, from 1st August 2020 all academic users will need to ensure they are using the latest version of the LimitState:GEO, LimitState:SLAB and LimitState:RING software programs in order to access a free academic license. Any licenses automatically generated when logged on to an academic network prior to that date will expire by the end of August 2020. 

The latest versions of these software products are as follows:

  • LimitState:GEO: 3.5g

  • LimitState:SLAB: 2.1e

  • LimitState:RING: 3.2c

Installers can be obtained via the Download page.

The software should then open with an academic license as usual when used on a recognised University network (or when logged in to one via a VPN).
