COVID-19: LimitState software for homeworkers
Unrestricted licenses available for LimitState engineering analysis software, valid until 31 May 2020
As a result of the current Coronavirus situation, we have been contacted by LimitState software users from around the world wishing to use our software from home. Unfortunately the remote access networks of many organizations, including academic institutions, are struggling to cope with demand, in many cases preventing access to network license servers or office PCs with licensed LimitState software installed. We are therefore now making available unrestricted licenses for our LimitState:RING, LimitState:GEO and LimitState:SLAB software products, valid until 31st May 2020.
We are also happy for engineers who are not current customers to freely use these licenses to try out full, unrestricted, versions of these software products. However, we kindly ask that when software is used for fee paying work that an appropriate license is purchased (contact sales@limitstate.com).

LimitState:GEO (geotechnical stability analysis software): 1167-5010-3666-1650/000
LimitState:SLAB (yield-line analysis software for RC-slabs): 1183-5010-3715-9035/000
Instructions for use
1. Download the required software product(s)
2. Run the software and on the Startup dialog click ‘Use in Licensed mode’ or ‘Use 30 day trial or full license...’ depending on the product*
3. Overwrite the 'Trial' mode activation key with the appropriate license activation key above
4. Click OK to activate the software. (this requires the software to have internet access - if this is not possible, e.g. due to firewall restrictions, further instructions will be given by the software)
*If the software is already running with a different license, you will need to go to " Help > License Information > Use different license... > OK" in order to view this dialog
